Kindergarten Registration/Screening

January 2016

Dear Parents of Incoming Kindergarteners:

We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to Memorial-Spaulding. In the next few months you will begin the registration process. We want to share some important dates with you so you can plan ahead and make this transition a smooth one for you and your child. We will have Kindergarten Registration packets available after February 5th. Please come to Memorial-Spaulding to pick up a packet for your child and make a screening appointment.

Registration and Screening dates are March 3 and March 8, 2016

Memorial-Spaulding Main Office

8:45am-12:00pm

Please call our office (617-559-9600) to set up your appointment.

When you come in for your scheduled screening date and time you must have your completed registration packet with you. It is also helpful if you bring a picture of your child with their first and last name and his/her date of birth written on the back of the photograph.

The registration and screening process will take 30-45 minutes. After you meet with the Executive assistant and school nurse to complete paperwork, your child will participate in a short screening. During the screening you will meet with a PTO representative to learning more about Memorial-Spaulding School.
