We hope everyone has had a great start to Winter ASCA!! We would like to update you on some important dismissal changes to the program. Please wait in the front hall for your children. All ASCA classes are dismissed from the front hall. If a class is late getting out please ask one of the ASCA volunteers to check on your child’s class. This change helps us with safety and to keep track of all the ASCA students getting picked up. It is also less disruptive to any teachers/faculty remaining in the building, meetings, preparing for the next day etc.
We would like to remind you of the late pick up policy for ASCA. As it is stated in the registration form, there is a $20.00 charge if you are not at the school on time to pick up your children. If you are more than 10 minutes late 3 times your child will not be able to return to ASCA for the session and you will not receive a refund. This policy will be enforced effective immediately. Please understand and be considerate of the volunteers, they have other commitments and families to attend to as well.
Last week volunteers handed out “Walking Home Permission Slips” if you would like your child to walk home please fill out one of the permission slips and turn it into the ASCA mailbox in the hall.
