Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for ensuring the fiscal soundness of the PTO and proper handling of funds raised, balancing the books of the PTO, creating an annual budget, monitoring committee spending, issuing reimbursements, invoices, and payments to vendors and independent contractors, preparing year-to-date analysis, assisting with reconciliation of fundraising activities, ensuring that all applicable state and federal reporting and compliance requirements are met in a timely manner, including maintaining all the IRS requirements imposed on a tax exempt (IRC 501(c)(3)) entity.

Website Chair: The Website Chair is responsible for ensuring that the website remains current and accurate, ensuring that the website is user-friendly and informative, and ensuring that the website best serves the PTO community.
