Autism Speaks

I am so excited to be running the 2016 New York Marathon this November. I am running in support of Autism Speaks to help find treatments and a cure for autism. Autism is the second most common developmental disorder in the United States affecting one in every 68 children born today. In my three years of elementary school teaching, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of learners. I continually learn from all my students, and am grateful to be running for an organization that supports children on the Autism Spectrum and their families. This is your chance to help fight against autism by raising money for autism research and heightening public awareness. Please join us in our fight as I raise $3000 to help fund essential research. I will be running the NYC Marathon on November 6, 2016 and would be so grateful for any support.
