We are looking for a chairperson to serve as the liaison between the PTO and ELL families. Your child does not need to be a current participant in the ELL program – in fact, someone who has previously participated in the program would probably have a lot of great experience to share! Other schools in our community have implemented this role along with ELL Cultural Leaders who serve as informal contacts for students and parents sharing a similar cultural background.
